Blanc de Blancs

Oregon  ·  12.0% ABV  ·  750 mL

"Fine bubbles, creamy texture, bright and dry. Yellow apple and pear meet tart melon, a whisper of lemongrass, and a clean mineral finish. The bottle that turns a Tuesday into something worth marking — and earns its place on a Saturday."

03 · What's on the Label

Wine doesn't have to disclose this. We do anyway.

Federal law does not require nutrition facts, calorie disclosure, or an ingredient list on a bottle of wine. Most wineries don't publish any of it. We've put it on every Lifevine label.

Zero sugar. Fully fermented to dryness from natural grape sugars — 0 grams total sugars per 5 fl oz serving, lab-verified on every release.

Heavy metals, glyphosate, and 197 pesticide residues independently screened. The results are in the lab report above.

Clean wine starts with cleaner farming.

The Blanc de Blancs is grown entirely at Coles Valley Vineyard in Oregon's Umpqua Valley, nestled along the Umpqua River on Sutherlin silty loam. Warm days ripen the fruit while a cool marine influence moves upriver each evening — preserving the bright acidity and freshness that define this wine.

Hand picked and lightly pressed, with the Chardonnay clones fermented separately at low temperature to protect aromatics. The wine is lees-stirred for structure, lightly fined with naturally occurring bentonite clay, cold-stabilized, then bottled under pressure to dissolve CO₂ — creating its lively sparkling character. Clean wine starts with cleaner farming — and ends with what we choose to leave out.

Every lot gets tasted before it's blended. Every bottling gets purchased off the shelf and sent to an independent lab. Nothing about that process is required. All of it matters.
