Our Standards

Awarded. Tested. Transparent.

Every Lifevine wine is independently tested at an ISO 17025-accredited lab and awarded the Clean Label Project Purity Award. Below is the evidence — the lab, the methodology, and a Certificate of Analysis for every wine we make.

The methodology

What “tested” actually means here.

No federal or state government requires nutritional or contaminant disclosure on alcohol. We think that’s a shortcoming — so we test anyway, and we publish the results.

Every Lifevine wine is submitted to Ellipse Analytics, an independent ISO 17025-accredited laboratory, and tested for 200+ contaminants against the largest contaminants-in-wine database in the world. Lifevine places in the Best Third of every wine the Clean Label Project has examined — which is why each qualifying wine carries the Purity Award. We test every batch, every vintage.

An example scorecard

The evidence, line by line.

Every Lifevine wine is screened against 200+ contaminants and benchmarked against the world’s largest contaminants-in-wine database — outperforming two-thirds of the wines tested.

The lab reports

A Certificate of Analysis for every wine.

Pick a wine to see its current Certificate of Analysis — the independent lab report behind the seal.

Each Certificate of Analysis is the independent lab’s own report. Scan the QR code on any Lifevine neck tag to land on that wine’s certificate directly.

Plain language

How to read your CoA.

A Certificate of Analysis can look technical, so here’s the plain-language version.

The lab

Ellipse Analytics, ISO 17025-accredited — the international standard for testing-lab competence. Methods and results are independently verified, not self-certified.

The screen

Each wine is tested for 200+ contaminants. The certificate lists exactly what was screened and the measured result for each line.

The benchmark

Results are read against the Clean Label Project database — the largest study of contaminants in wine. Placing in the Best Third earns the Purity Award.

The cadence

Every batch, every vintage. A new vintage means a new test and a new certificate — so the seal always reflects what’s in the bottle shipping now.

Pleasure and proof,
in the same glass.

The testing is the foundation. The wine is the point.
