01 · Tasting Notes

A bright California white built for the table.

Bright and aromatic, the nose opens with fresh gooseberry and floral notes of jasmine, finishing with a subtle herbal lift. On the palate, a refreshing medley of white peach, passion fruit, and honeydew, balanced by a crisp, clean finish.

Zero sugar. Fully fermented to dryness from natural grape sugars — 0 grams total sugars per 5 fl oz serving, lab-verified on every release. No added sugar, no flavor additives.

Drinks beautifully now. Will hold for three to five years cellar-side.

03 · What's on the Label

Wine doesn't have to disclose this. We do anyway.

Federal law does not require nutrition facts, calorie disclosure, or an ingredient list on a bottle of wine. Most wineries don't publish any of it. We've put it on every Lifevine label.

Zero Sugar*. Fully fermented to dryness from natural grape sugars.

Heavy metals, glyphosate, and 197 pesticide residues independently screened. The results are in the lab report above.

*Zero Sugar means less than 1 gram of sugar per serving.

Clean wine starts with cleaner farming.

Sauvignon Blanc lives or dies on freshness. Its aromatics and zip come straight from the fruit, so there's nowhere to hide a tired pick or a heavy hand. We farm and harvest for bright, lifted acidity, then move quickly to protect everything the grape gives up in the vineyard.

Handled gently and kept fresh from press to bottle, letting the fruit speak for itself. The aim is a crisp, vivid white with a clean, mouthwatering finish and nothing carried along that doesn't belong there. Clean wine starts with cleaner farming — and ends with what we choose to leave out.

Every lot gets tasted before it's blended. Every bottling gets purchased off the shelf and sent to an independent lab. Nothing about that process is required. All of it matters.
