2018 Cabernet Sauvignon
On the nose the wine is bright and vibrant with fresh fruits of currant, cassis, black cherry and boysenberry. The palate has a fresh, minty profile and echoes the fruits found on the palate; currant, cassis, black cherry, and boysenberry. Vibrant and lifted with bright acidity and a nice red fruit undertone on the palate. A touch of chocolate and wood spice add to the flavor profile on the palate, but any wood influence is beautifully integrated. This Cabernet Sauvignon has explosive flavors and multiple layers of complexity that make it well balanced.
The nose is fresh and focused with loads of golden apple and honeydew melon. Secondary fruit flavors of nectarine, lemon, and peach skin offer added complexity to the nose. Honey and wax lead to the oak influence that shows flavors of cinnamon and vanilla. The oak impact is quite integrated at this point and shows more structure than flavor. While this wine is more driven by fruit and oak, there is a subtle hint of mineral on the palate that adds a nice accent to the more dominant flavors in the wine.

2019 Pinot Noir
The nose is driven by candied dark cherry, blackberry, currants and a dash of pomegranate on the tail of the aromatics. There are layers of vanilla, cocoa, cola, and cedar spice that represent the oak profile on the nose and carry on to the palate with vibrance and intensity. On the palate, the texture is round and rich with forward fruits of plum, black cherry, and pomegranate. A pleasant combination of forest floor, herbs, mushroom, and dried flowers add to the complexity. Long on the finish with lush fruit and a bit of flashy oak that will most definitely integrate with time in bottle.
