Lifevine Wines

lab tested

As the first winery to certify pesticide free with the Clean Label Project, we believe in innovative solutions in pursuit of a healthier lifestyle and providing increased benefits to the consumer.  As a result of the rigorous lab testing process, we are able to provide our consumers with more transparency into what goes into, or should we say, DOES NOT GO INTO our products.   We are proud to be awarded Certifications for Purity and Pesticide Free by the Clean Label Project.  These benefits in addition to zero sugar per serving, lower calories and carbs make Lifevine the perfect brand to fit your lifestyle.

Certified Pesticide Free

Consumers are growing increasingly concerned over the environmental and public health risks associated with pesticides, such as glyphosate, the active ingredient in Round-Up that has been linked to cancer. Unfortunately, certified organic farming only goes so far to reduce the chemical load used in agriculture. The fact is that over 99% of domestic farmland is treated as conventional agriculture, meaning that because of birds, bees, water, and wind, contamination of organic farmland can and does still occur. That is why all Lifevine wines are tested in an accredited analytical chemistry laboratory for 206 pesticides and certified by the Clean Label Project prior to being sold to consumers.

Lifevine works directly with our farmers to provide creative alternatives to using pesticides. Buffer zones are used to help protect our crops from pesticide contamination. We embrace continuous improvement here at Lifevine and will work to provide you with the purest wine of the finest quality.

Purity Award-Winning

The Clean Label Project Purity Award evaluates products for substances that would never be found on a product label. These substances include chemicals of concern, industrial & environmental toxins and contaminants (like heavy metals, pesticide residues, and plasticizers) that have the long-term potential to adversely affect health and well-being. Clean Label Project uses benchmarked data, which includes the best-selling products in the category to compare individual product results, and only outstanding products receive this coveted award.

With a goal to reduce contamination across all consumer products, the Clean Label Project uses data and science to reveal the true contents of America’s best-selling products. Lifevine wines are tested in an accredited analytical chemistry laboratory for harmful environmental contaminants and toxins.
